How can I delete my membership?

To delete your profile:
1 - Please log in,
2 - Select the menu item 'Manage Membership' and then the point 'Delete profile'.
If you really do not want to continue your membership, we still would like to thank you for the time you have spent with us.

Click on Manage membership buttom
|
Click on Delete profile
|
Click confirm to delete profile
|

Can a deleted profile will be reactivated?
|
Yes, a deleted profile can be reactivated. To re-activate your profile, please send us an e-mail to [email protected]. The support team then logs back to you. Please note here, however, that you must send the reactivation request from the email address with which you were registered with us.
